Looking for a new, unique venue for your Christmas party this year?  Look no further,  welcome to RedbankCo!  We are a funky, diverse, hidden gem in the Green Quarter just a few minutes walk north of Victoria Station.  Situated in an unassuming railway arch, you will find that our venue has a great deal to offer and is ideal for private functions and large parties.  Spanning an area over two floors, you will find our mezzanine level bar with ample seating while downstairs is home to our photo studio, gallery and a full service kitchen.  We also like to do things a little differently here so rather than offering the usual Christmas fare, you will find that our food packages will be a bit more fun and creative while still catering to all dietary needs.

The Basics

Given our layout, we are able to offer a few options in terms of hosting your Holiday Party.   For smaller groups up to 20 people, you may reserve an area upstairs for drinks.   This will still be open to the public but will provide your group with a designated space for the evening.  For groups between 20-50 people, you have the option of reserving an area of our downstairs that will be shared and open to the public.  For a larger group (up to 80 people) you can exclusively reserve our downstairs space which includes our studio and gallery spaces.  For groups up to 120 people we offer the option of hiring out our entire venue.  Our operating hours are 5pm-2am.  

Dance Floor

Our downstairs consists of 2 distinct areas.  The gallery which is generally used for seating and the studio which is usually where people can dance, mingle and use the photo booth should you decide to hire it.

Sound & AV System

Included in both our exclusive downstairs and full venue hire is the use of our projector and AV system.  Whatever device you’d like to bring simply needs to be HDMI compatible.  If you would like to hire a DJ we are happy to accommodate that though it is an additional cost that you will incur.  Or if you’d like to do something like a Spotify playlist, that is fine and you can simply log in and select your playlist.

Photo Booth

At RedbankCo we are able to offer a great photo booth set up in our studio downstairs.  This option is available to those groups who are paying to exclusively reserve our downstairs or who hire out the entire venue.  Props are provided and your photos will be emailed to you.  The cost of the photo booth is 150GBP.  If you would like the option of printing your photos on the evening of your party, this can be made available for 5 quid/picture.

Food Packages

We are offering three menu options for food depending on the size and needs of your group.  All food packages can accommodate all dietary needs.

  • Cocktail Party Passed Canapes: 5 crowd pleasing canapés that will be a varied mixture of veggie, meat and seafood.  This menu is 7.50GBP/head.
  • Buffet Package: Our buffet option comes in at 12GBP/head and gives you great variety of food to feast on.  This includes: ribs, fish finger sandwiches, chicken wings, hot dogs and falafel.  Accompanying these main dishes are salads, nachos, corn on the cob and mac and cheese.
  • 3-Course Seated Meal: For those groups who prefer a sit down meal, our 3-course offering is as follows:  The starter is an Alpine Platter selection of meats, cheeses and artisan breads served family style.  For the main dish you will be able to choose from a lamb shank, prosciutto wrapped chicken and a vegetarian dish (still to be determined).  All main courses are served with roasted on the vine tomatoes and roasted potatoes on the plate along with family style steamed greens and roasted root vegetables.  Your dessert choices are either a chocolate bread & butter pudding or a tarte tartin.  22GBP/head; for groups of 52 people or less.

Drinks Packages

We offer 2 different options for discounted pre-paid drinks as well as some great alternative options.  

3 quid per drink: pint of pilsner, small glass of house wine/glass of prosecco, single house spirit and mixer

4.50 per drink: any craft beer, small glass of any wine, single premium spirit and mixer

Pre-paid drink tokens can also be used if you’d simply like to supply a welcome drink for everyone.

We know that many companies like to run a tab for their guests which we are happy to do by simply holding a credit card behind the bar and only allowing that tab to run to the limit that you decide.  Once that limit is reached you can close your tab and allow guests to purchase their own drinks or you can extend the limit if you’d prefer.  

 

 

Security, Staffing, Parking

For parties with guests of 100 people or more, RedbankCo will provide the required level of security at no charge to the customer.   

While we know most people won’t be driving, there is a car park directly behind the venue.  We are less than a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station.  We can also easily arrange for taxis to pick you up at the end of the evening.  

Our staff will be on hand all evening to ensure that you have a wonderful time.  An optional gratuity of 12.5% of the service can be applied if you wish and is greatly appreciated.

Deposit & Final Payment

A signed contract and 50% of the venue fee will be required to reserve your event date.  Deposits can be paid in cash, via BACS or PayPal.  The remaining 50% of the venue fee is due 3 weeks before your event.  Full payment for food and drinks packages are due 10 days prior to the event.  

Refunds & Cancellations

Up until 21 days before your event, you may receive a full refund.  After that, no refunds will be given.
